Healthy Habits for Glowing Skin

There are healthy habits for glowing skin that are not hard to make a part of your routine. You don’t have to live at the spa, spend money on expensive products, or change everything about your beauty routine in order to have a glowing, healthy complexion.

First thing before applying make-up in the morning, you need to cleanse your skin. While cleansing your skin, exfoliating is important too. You need to remove the dead skin to get to your radiant skin underneath.  Both steps remove greasy residue and will help your make-up go on smoother.

Then based on your skin type, you should apply an appropriate moisturizer, oily skin needs a gel-like moisturizer while dry skin needs a nice thick moisturizer. You might want to try a few moisturizers to figure out which one works best for your skin type.

You should also drink a large glass of ice water first thing every morning. Not only is it good for digestion, it brightens your skin. Also, it’s important to stay hydrated throughout the day.
